Hi, I'm Molly.
I’m a queer, neurodivergent mother and Registered Nurse, but more than anything, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by parenting and to want a better way.
When I started this journey, like most parents, I believed there was a ‘right’ way to parent. That if I just did everything correctly, I could prevent my child from discomfort or harm. I quickly realized that not only was this impossible, but that chasing perfection was burning me out. What I really needed was nervous system safety for myself and my child.
Over the years, I’ve woven together professional healthcare experience with deep, personal study in psychology, trauma-informed care, low-demand parenting, and nervous system regulation. I created LOUD Parenting to share what I’ve learned: when we parent from a place of nervous system safety, everything changes.
Through my digital products, I help parents and caregivers build practical, real-life skills that create connection, emotional safety, and resilience in the whole family.
I believe you don’t need control to be a good parent. You need permission to trust yourself, tools to navigate hard moments, and a community that honors how hard this work really is.
This is what we’re building here. I’m so glad you’re here.
